Contemporary Entertainment Center for those of you not looking for a boring wood piece.
This is grey and silver with black doors. It has 4 pieces that are detached in order to configure your media room/living room as needed. The upper piece has sliding doors perfect for fitting several remote controls, PlayStation or Xbox controllers. The bottom part has sliding doors and is perfect to fit a DVD player etc. The far right cabinet/storage tower has shelves and is perfect for books, DVDS, CDS, etc. On the bottom shelf we put our CD player and top shelves were still open for other things. The far left cabinet is pretty cool for CDs. It allows you to sort them by genre (action vs chick flick), alphabetically, or to separate kids' movies and games vs. adults. (It fits video games really well too.) This comes with several additional brackets so you can separate as needed. We looked all over for this Ikea Entertainment Center and traveled to the CA location to get the DVD brackets as the AZ one either did not have it or was no longer carrying it when we purchased this.
This is an excellent unit for storage and functions very well. It would be great for anyone looking for a modern television entertainment center. The size and ability to move the pieces makes it great for a dorm, apartment, loft, or home. It is in good condition and comes from a smoke free home with no indoor pets.
Asking $150 OBO for a quick sale. Won't last long.
