Tan microsuede couch and overstuffed chair in very good condition, non-smoking home. Set is about 4 years old and has been used in our 2nd living room. Couch is the same color as the chair, the picture just isn't very good. Moving and can not take them with me, need gone asap!! Asking $250 OBO
