Micro Fiber furniture is less than 2 years old and the set cost over $900 brand new from Ashley Furniture. Couch and love seat were rarely used, as I am a recliner guy. I have all paperwork and receipts. Each piece is covered with a 5-year fabric warranty plan that is transferable to the buyer. The girlfriend and her furniture moved in this weekend so I have to sell mine. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
