This furniture was bought new in May of 2011. In December of 2011, I bought a new condo that was fully furnished; therefore, my 'new' furniture is not needed. This furniture is LIGHTLY used and in excellent condition!!
The couch and chair are a brown suede/microfiber material with white stitching and were bought from Mor Furniture. Both pieces recline (couch is electric and chair rocks and manually reclines) and there are no stains or blemishes on either one (I paid extra to have both pieces sprayed with the Scotch Guard furniture protectant).
